We are seeking two passionate teachers to join our senior syndicate for parental leave positions from Term 2 (28th April) to 19th December.

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated educators who can build strong, trust-based relationships with students and maintain high expectations to support positive outcomes. Candidates should value the importance of relationships, be culturally responsive, and ideally have experience with Structured Literacy (iDeaL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Syndicate Leader and teachers to plan effectively.
• Cultural Responsiveness: Demonstrate a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, integrate te reo Māori, and model culturally inclusive practices.
• Collaboration: Focus on pastoral care, restorative practices, and PB4L pedagogy.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to NZRefresh curriculum, with a focus on literacy and numeracy.
• Innovation: Incorporate digital tools and creative approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
• Sense of Fun: Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour to the learning environment.
